Turkish Naval chief Halosay Akar meets Pakistan navy chief Admiral M. Zakaullah at navy headquarters to discuss matters of mutual interests and a Pak – Turk naval defence cooperation.
Pakistan naval Chief discussed the regional maritime security and Pakistan Navy efforts to maintain peace in the region. He also praised the the joint navy exercises convened at the gulf and the contributions of Turkish navy. Turkish navy head praised the Pakistan Navy efforts during the Navy exercises Peace 17. The issue of naval pirates was also discussed in detail.
