PSL 2017: Quetta Gladiators announce replacements of overseas players

Lahore (Staff Report): Quetta Gladiators have announce replacements of overseas players after they excused from playing Pakistan Super League (PSL) final in Lahore.

According to details, Gladiators have hired Bangladesh’s Anamul Haque, South Africa’s Morne Van Wyk, West Indies’ Rayad Emrit, Zimbabwe’s Sean Ervine and Elton Chigumbura for the final clash against Peshawar Zalmi on Sunday at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.

These players will replace Kevin Pietersen, Rilee Rossouw, Luke Wright, Nathan McCullum and Tymal Mills in Quetta squad who earlier opted not to play PSL final in Lahore.

Pakistan fast bowler Aizaz Cheema has also been added in the team as sixth substitute.

The overseas players of Zalmi include captain Darren Sammy, Marlon Samuels, Chris Jordan, David Malan and Samit Patel.
