Islamabad: The standing committee setup to investigate the Dawn Leaks issue has finally submitted it’s report by naming former federal secretary of Information Parvaiz Rashid, Prime minister special advisor Tariq Fatmi and principal information Rao Tehseen Ali Khan as the actual culprit of the security leak.
Maryam Nawaz principal secretary Fawad Hassan Fawad gets away with it. The record of phone calls, and phone calls between the concerned parties and Dawn Leak Journalist Cyril AlMaida is also submitted.
Pervaiz Rasheed contacted Cyril Almaida eight times while staying in contact with the editor of Dawn Newspaper. No witness mentioned Maryam Nawaz or Fawad Hassan Fawad name in this leak.
Report says that Cyril Al Maida was called by Pervaiz Rasheed in his office while Tariq Fatmi and Rao Tehsin drafted the news of national interest for him. All three persons Pervaiz Rasheed, Tariq Fatmi and Rao Tehseen are beheld responsible for the Security Leak
