Lahore (Staff Report): Various parts of the Punjab on Tuesday received light rain.
Met Office has predicted that another westerly wave (weather system) is likely to enter in Pakistan during next 24 hours and likely to persist till Saturday.
Light rain has been recorded in Lahore, Jhelum, Kasur, Muridke, Kot Momin, Toba Tek Singh and other cities of the province gave a fresh breath to the people.
Met Office also forecasted rain-thunderstorm (snowfall over the hills) at scattered places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Mardan, Bannu, D.I. Khan divisions), FATA, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
