Quetta (Staff Report): Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Thursday visited various military installations at Quetta garrison and interacted with young officers undergoing various courses at School of Infantry and tactics, an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement said.
Bajwa appreciated efforts of Pakistan Army to restore peace in the country. He visited those injured in Chaman Border firing by Afghan forces and overviewed their medical treatment at Quetta CMH.
Army Chief was received by Commander Southern Command Lieutenant General Aamer Riaz in the presence of Training and Evaluation IG Lieutenant General Hidayat-ur-Rehman.
