Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani of High Court ordered Indian first secretary to submit written apology for using phone in the court and argued, being senior first secretary officer how you can do this, its not a melodrama that you are taking pictures.
The court has take the phone of secretary into the custody and said the decision about the phone will be taken after the submission of written apology.
