People use laughter as therapy to release stress

Multan (Staff Report): A recent research has claimed that “laughter yoga” is the best way to drive out mental illnesses like depression.

Recently, the “laughter yoga” practice has been spotted in Multan where citizens gather at a local park to indulge in the activity for an hour to release stress and depression.

The people participating in the activity perform various poses of yoga, all the time laughing as they exhale.

One of the participants told the media, “The class helps get rid of stress and anger. When you get home you feel fresh, happy.”

People also said that the idea was to bring people back to parks and livening up public spaces.

According to Health experts, laughter is good for health, as it uses 300 muscles and makes people happy.
