Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) on Friday adjourned hearing of Panama Leaks case till Jan 16 (Monday).
A five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court led by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa resumed the hearing of the case on Friday.
During the last hearing, the Prime Minister’s lawyer Makhdoom Ali Khan presented evidence in the case. He said that Nawaz Sharif was not director or shareholder of an offshore company, nor was he its beneficial owner.
The court said, “We cannot decide what is true or false without looking at the records.”
