Coffee Addiction:

Mostly people criticize those who drink a lot of coffee in their daily routine. A recent study claimed that at least three cups of coffee daily can lower risks of certain types of cancer, including prostate, skin and oral cancer.

Coffee is rich in the antioxidants and polyphenols that attack radicals that cause cancer. Moderate consumption of coffee has also been linked to a decreased risk of Type II diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease and heart disease.

 

Skipping routine workout:

Researchers claimed that skipping routine workout is very beneficial for muscles to rebuild and strengthen. Researchers also stated that four workouts a week is best for your body than six.

 

Taking high fat food:

Always refusing high fat foods high can be harmful. Fat is essential in the absorption of some vitamins and required by our body to produce hormones.

According to medical experts, unsaturated fat can reduce one’s risk of depression and memory loss that can be found in olive oil, avocados and fish.
