Karachi (Staff Report): The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Thursday ended trading session on a positive note as investors cheered the outcome of the Panama case verdict.
The benchmark KSE-100 index ended with a rise of 1,140.08 points or 2.39 percent to end at 48,743.56 points.
About 199.8 million shares changed hands by the end of the session, with a total worth of nearly Rs20.33 billion.
Stocks of 383 companies were traded, of which 305 gained in value, 66 declined and 12 remained unchanged.
