Jakarta, Indonesia (Web Desk): Indonesian government has announced to soften visa policy for Pakistanis to strengthen bilateral ties with Pakistan in diverse fields.
The Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs General (Ret.) Wiranto announced regarding the policy in a press conference.
Indonesia had implemented strict visa policy after listing Pakistan as Visa Calling Country according to which it was mandatory for the applying person to get clearance from Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Interior Ministry, National Police, Attorney General Office and other concerned departments.
Indonesia has removed Pakistan's name from this list due to the efforts of the current government and embassy officials
