Islamabad (Staff Report): Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Friday chaired a meeting of National Security Committee to discuss the revised US policy towards Afghanistan and the prevailing regional situation at PM House.
The meeting was attended by ministers from Defence, Finance and Foreign Affairs. Top leadership of the Armed Forces will also be present at the meeting.
According to sources, matters pertaining to the revised US approach towards Afghan war, along with peace and security situation in the region, also discussed at the meeting.
