Huge cache of weapons recovered during intelligence operations: ISPR

Fata (Staff Report): A huge quantity of arms and ammunition were recovered during intelligence based operations in Fata and adjoining region, said a statement issued by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the military’s public relations wing.

The ISPR statement said that the operation was carried out in village Punga kali in South Waziristan Agency, village Idak of North Wazirastan Agency, Roringar valley, Matta (Swat) and village Jatgram of Nehag Darra following ongoing Raddul Fasad operation.

The media wing of armed forces further stated that the recovered weapons include SMGs, 14.5mm anti aircraft gun,12.7mm Guns, 303mm rifles, 7mm and 12 bore rifles, pistols, IEDs along with detonators and ammunition of various calibres of different weapons.
