A.D. Khawaja set to resume charge on Tuesday after 15-day forced leave

Karachi (Staff Report): Sindh police chief Allah Dino Khawaja is likely to resume charge of his office on Tuesday after a 15 days forced leave.

Earlier, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah directed the police officer to leave his office and handed over the charge to Additional IG Mushtaq Mehar.

Meanwhile, the Sindh High Court (SHC) on a petition filed by pop star Shehzad Roy ordered Sindh government not to remove AD Khawaja from his post.

Talking to a leading daily, IG Khawaja said, “I will rejoin the office after completion of my 15-day-long vacation that ends on January 2.”
