Three civilians injured in unprovoked Indian forces firing at working boundary

Rawalpindi (Staff Report): At least three Pakistani civilians were injured as Indian forces resorted to unprovoked firing at the working boundary on Thursday, said Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The incident took place near Zafarwal Sector. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said Pakistan Army gave a befitting reply which killed one Indian soldier.

In retaliation, Pakistan Army targetted an Indian post, killing one Indian army soldier and injuring two, the ISPR said and added that the post was neutralised.

According to a report, over 50 Pakistanis were martyred and hundreds wounded in cross border ceasefire violations across Line of Control (LoC) by Indian forces in 2017.
