Faislabad (Staff Report): Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Faisal Saleh Hayat and his driver were injured in a road accident here late Wednesday night.
According to Motorway Police, Faisal Saleh Hayat’s vehicle collided with a trailer near Ameenpur leaving the PPP leader and his driver injured.
The hospital sources said, they were shifted to Allied Hospital where the driver is stated to be in critical condition, however, the condition of Hayat was out of danger.
“Overspeeding caused the accident,” police said.
