Islamabad (Web Desk): President Dr. Arif Alvi has said that Solution of Kashmir dispute indispensable for durable peace, stability in the region.
Talking to the media, after leading a Youm-e-Istehsal walk, Dr Alvi said Pakistan solidly stands by Kashmiris in their just struggle for the right to self-determination and will continue to highlight the Jammu and Kashmir dispute at the international fora. He said a peaceful settlement of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute, in accordance with relevant UN Security Council resolutions and the wishes of the Kashmiri people, is indispensable for durable peace and stability in South Asia.
The president urged the international community to call upon India to end its campaign of repression and human rights violations in IIOJK.
Pakistan is observing Youm-e-Istehsal today (Thursday) to express solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiri people on completion of two years of military siege of Indian Illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
On 5th August 2019 Modi fascist regime in an illegal and unilateral step had scrapped the special constitutional status of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
