Islamabad (Web Desk): Presiding over a high level meeting in Islamabad Finance Minister Ishaq Dar reveals that additional electricity will be added to the national grid by early 2018 on completion of ongoing power projects.
According to details, Dar expressed hopes that an addition of electricity to the national grid will significantly reduce load-shedding in the country.
In addition to power generation, necessary projects are also being undertaken for electricity transmission and distribution, the Finance Minister said.
Moreover, he directed the concerned officials to ensure completion of the ongoing power projects according to the given timelines.
