Mumbai (Web Desk): Bollywood starlet Deepika Padukone has said that she would be never willing to work with a person who has been accused of sexual misconduct.
Deepika’s view comes after her apparent inclusion in a film being helmed by a director accused of sexual harassment made the rounds on social media.
Earlier reports stated that the Piku star has been roped in for film-maker Luv Ranjan’s upcoming project.
Now, Deepika has denied having any such involvement in the said venture, let alone starring opposite her ex-boyfriend and actor Ranbir Kapoor.
Speaking to Vogue India about the same, Deepika gave a resounding ‘No’ when asked if she would be willing to work with a person who has been accused of sexual misconduct. “No! I would not,” she said.
Ranjan had been accused of sexual harassment by an anonymous woman last year. However, he rejected all the allegations that were levelled against him.
