Sialkot (Staff report): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has said that change does not come only by cutting ribbons.
While addressing a public rally here on Sunday, Imran Khan said Pakistan will lose its freedom if it keeps on taking loans from other countries. “If Prime minister Nawaz Sharif takes steps against corruption then he would get caught himself,” Khan said and added, “Only a country that ceases and shuns corruption is able to witness development.”
A large crowd of people attempted to reach the stage at Jinnah Stadium by putting barbed wires out of the way while another large group of men tore down the walk-through gate.
Political parties have escalated their campaign against the ruling PML-N following the Panamagate verdict on April 20 which ruled that the PM and his sons, Hasan and Hussain will have to appear before a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to record their statements.
