Six civilians injured by Indian firing across LoC: ISPR

Rawalpindi (Web Desk): At least six civilians including three children sustained injuries as Indian troops resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation along the line of control (LoC), the Inter-Services Public Relations said.

“Indian Army troops initiated unprovoked Cease Fire Violation with heavy Mortars, Artillery and automatics in Nezapir and Rakhchikri Sectors along #LOC, deliberately targeting civilian population,” the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a tweet.

“Due to indiscriminate fire in Kirni Degwar Nar and Mandhar villages, 6 innocent civilians including three girls and one woman sustained serious injuries. The injured have been evacuated to nearby health facility for necessary medical care,” Pak Army’s media wing added.

The ISPR said the injured were evacuated to nearby health facility for treatment.
