Islamabad (Staff Report): The Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar on Thursday has taken notice of the fake professional degrees of lawyers.
The Chief Justice resumed the hearing of the scandal revolving around fake professional degrees and also inquired about fake degrees of lawyers.
During the arguments with advocate Hamid Khan CJP Saqib Nisar said, we should also consider the degrees of the lawyers and their degree verification should also be make sure.
Advocate Hamid Khan agreed the recommendation of the CJP Saqib.
Hamid Khan asked to direct Bar Association to submit data about the matter. CJP Nisar asked Hamid Khan to cooperate in this issue.
Later, Saqib Nisar took a suo motu notice of the case and also issued notice to all bar-councils to direct them to submit report within a month.
CJP Nisar has also directed Higher Education Commission (HEC) to cooperate in the matter.
