Six including two women killed in Charsadda family dispute

Charsadda (Staff Report): At least six people including two women were killed and three others sustained injuries after an exchange of fire between two groups in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Charsadda district on Sunday.

According to initial reports, an altercation between two men identified as Jillani Shah Bacha and Sabir Shah led to firing between the groups, resulting in the tragedy.

Police Station Rajjar Ghafir Ullah Khan said that two groups exchanged firing over a family dispute in Rajjar leaving six persons, three brothers from a family and a woman and her husband from other group killed on the spot with two other received critical bullets wounds.

He said the police have started an investigation of the incident and so far no FIR was registered.

The deceased were identified as Sabir Shah, Ahmed Shah, Anwar Shah and Aqeela, Qalander Shah and Gul Rukh.

Fawad and Jillani Shah Bacha were among the injured who were shifted to the district headquarter hospital Charsadda.
