US actor Tom Hanks, wife test positive for coronavirus

California (Web Desk): Renowned actor Tom Hanks said on Wednesday that he and his wife, Rita Wilson, have the Coronavirus.


“We felt a bit tired, like we had colds, and some body aches,” the Academy Award-winning actor said in a statement posted to Instagram .

“Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers, too. To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for the coronavirus, and were found to be positive,” Hanks said and added that he and Ms Wilson “will be tested, observed and isolated for as long as public health and safety requires.”
