Lahore (Web Desk): Minister of Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said that Pakistan is going to be an epicenter of regional connectivity due to China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Addressing an international marketing conference, Ahsan said Gwadar port will emerge as a leading port in the next two decades. He said free trade zone are being developed in Gwadar which would make it an industrial hub of the region.
The minister further said that the government is spending all available resources to build infrastructure which is essential for economic development. Under the CPEC, nine industrial zones will be established all over the country which would bring about an industrial revolution, Ahsan added.
