Saudi King Salman rejects US idea to shift embassy to Jerusalem

Dhahran, Saudi Arabia (Web Desk): Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz on Sunday has rejected the United Stats’ plan to transfer embassy to Jerusalem, and also announced $200 million in support of the Palestinians, Saudi media reported.

According to details, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman of Saudi Arabia opened an Arab League summit by criticising US President Donald Trump's decision to transfer the US embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

In a speech in Dhahran in eastern Saudi Arabia the King said, "We reiterate our rejection of the US decision on Jerusalem."



He added, "East Jerusalem is an integral part of the Palestinian territories."
