PML-N's general council meets today to hold intra-party elections

Islamabad (Web Desk): An important meeting of the General Council of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz ( PML-N) will be held in Islamabad on Friday (today).

In a tweet, federal information minister and PML-N spokesperson  Marriyum Aurangzeb confirmed that the meeting will be held at PML-N's Central Secretariat in Chak Shehzad at 2:30 pm.

She said that PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif and President Shehbaz Sharif will preside over the meeting.

The minister said that Maryam Nawaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz will also attend the meeting.
Marriyum said that central leadership including party office bearers and senior leaders will also participate in the meeting.

She said that intra-party elections will be held during the meeting.
