Gwadar (Staff Report): Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that Balochistan is going to become Asia’s tiger.
Addressing a public gathering here on Thursday, PM Nawaz said that a smooth road network is crucial for development of the region, adding that schools, factories, and businesses flourish when road networks are established.
“Today, I see every path to [Pakistan's] economic stability lead out of Balochistan,” he said.
Nawaz arrived on a two-day visit to Gwadar from Pasni on Wednesday, where he inspected the road network up to Gwadar.
Gwadar is located on the shores of the Arabian Sea in the western province of Balochistan. It is about 533 km from Karachi and 120 km from the Iranian border.It is central point of $ 55 billion worth CPEC.
