Peshawar (Web Desk): Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Inspector General said Mashal Khan was killed before being given a chance to defend himself, on Monday.
The K-P IG said, there’s no concrete evidence to suggest Mardan university students committed blasphemy.
Salahuddin said police has sought help from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to progress in the investigation.
