Lahore: Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz’s nomination papers have been accepted from NA-125.
According to details, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) accepted Maryam Nawaz’s nomination papers by rejecting all objections which Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate Yasmin Rashid had leveled against her.
In her objections Yasmin Rashid said: at present a reference is being heard against Maryam Nawaz in National Accountability Bureau (NAB), she is the owner of off-shore companies, and moreover, she has concealed her assets in the nomination papers.
