Karachi (Staff Report): The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Thursday ended the day with bearish trend as the benchmark KSE-100 Index shed 91 points to close at 45,388 points.

Up to 183.4 million shares worth Rs8.5 billion. Of the 368 scrips traded, 100 advanced, 248 declined and 20 remained unchanged.

The chemical sector dominated trading with 28.9m shares traded, while commercial banking and cement followed with 26.2m and 23.1m shares traded.
