Islamabad (Staff Report): Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday appointed Ehsan Mani as the new chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The decision came after the resignation of Najam Sethti from his office as PCB chairman.
In a message on twitter, Prime Minister Imran Khan announced that he has appointed Ehsan Mani as Chairman PCB.
"I have appointed Ehsan Mani as Chairman PCB. He brings vast and valuable experience to the job. He represented PCB in the ICC; was Treasurer ICC for 3 yrs and then headed the ICC for another 3 yrs.”

Earlier on Monday, Najam Sethi announced his resignation, almost four years after he first took over the cricket board.
According to sources, Prime Minister Imran Khan had discussed about the cricket affairs in a brief conversation with Ehsan Mani after taking the oath.
