Islamabad (Staff Report): The federal cabinet on Thursday ordered the immediate removal of Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) MNAs Ali Wazir and Mohsin Dawar's names from the Exit Control List (ECL).
Prime Minister Imran Khan chaired a meeting of the federal cabinet in Islamabad. The cabinet discussed the matter of PTM’s lawmakers name on ECL.
The cabinet issued the directives to the Interior Ministry Office to immediately remove the names of PTM leaders from ECL.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had taken Ali Wazir and Mohsin Dawar into custody after offloading them from a Dubai-bound flight at the Peshawar airport on November 30.
Wazir and Dawar had been nominated in a case registered against them in Swabi.
Meanwhile, the federal cabinet also discussed FATA reforms and the formation of a federal commission to review Islamabad Master Plan.
