Karachi: A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA)’s Jeddah-bound flight has been cancelled after a delayed of 10 hours in Karachi after a recovery of 15 kg heroin.
PIA spokesman Danyal Gilani said the flight delayed after recovery of 15 kg heroin.
“PIA’s security and vigilance team, at Jinnah International Airport, in its routine pre-departure search of a B-777 aircraft, which was scheduled to operate as PK-7121 (Karachi-Jeddah) recovered approximately 15 kg of heroin late last night,” Gilani said in a statement.
