PSL8: Peshawar Zalmi beat Quetta Gladiators by 4 wickets

Karachi (Web Desk): Peshawar Zalmi defeated Lahore Qalandars by 4 wickets in the 9th match of Pakistan Super League's (PSL) 8th edition in Karachi on Monday.

Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and decided to filed first against Gladiators.

Batting first, Quetta Gladiators scored 154 for the loss 4 wickets in allotted 20 overs.

Gladiators' Iftikhar Ahmed scored 50 not out off 34 balls, while Sarfaraz Ahmed made 39 runs off 30 balls.

Bowler Usman Qadir took 2 wickets against 26 runs and Jimmy Neesham claimed one wicket for 28 runs.

In reply, Peshawar Zalmi achieved the target in 18.3 overs for the loss of 6 wickets.

Zalmi's batter Jimmy Neesham scored 38 runs off 23 balls and Rovman Powell hit 36 runs in 23 balls.

On bowling side, Mohammad Hasnain took three wickets for 13 runs and Naseem Shah took one wicket for 19 runs.
