Islamabad (Staff Report): Lahore High Court's (LHC) judge Justice Aminuddin Khan on Monday took oath as a country’s top court judge.
Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa administered the oath in a formal ceremony in Islamabad. The ceremony was attended by judges of the apex court and senior lawyers.
Last week, Six newly confirmed judges of the Lahore High Court (LHC) took oath of their offices.
LHC Chief Justice Justice Muhammad Shamim Khan administered the oath in a ceremony held at the LHC judges lounge.
The sworn-in judges included Justice Anwar ul Haq, Justice Farooq Haider, Justice Muhammad Waheed Khan, Justice Rasaal Hassan Saeed, Justice Asim Hafeez and Justice Sadiq Mahmood Khurram.
