Islamabad (Staff Report): Panama Leaks case hearing at Supreme Court (SC) will resume today after a break of two days.
Justice Asif Saeed Khosa will head the 5 member bench for the proceeding while lawyer of Jamaat Islami (JI) Taufeeq Asif will present arguments regarding Prime Minister's (PM) disqualification application.
During the last hearing, JI lawyer had said that PM mentioned about owning London flats in 1993 in National Assembly (NA) address but it was not mentioned in documents so he should be declared ineligible.
