Peshawar (Web Desk): The Government of Pakistan has started issuing the Pakistani passport to the transgender community with a separate category.
According to details, the government has added another option ‘X’ along with ‘female’ and ‘male’ in the ‘sex’ category of the Pakistani passport. The president of TransAction Alliance, Farzana Jan, is the first amongst the transgender community to carry a transgender identity on her passport.
