Lahore (Web Desk): The main accused of innocent Zainab rape and killing case will be produced before an anti-terrorism court in Lahore today (Wednesday).
ATC Judge Sajjad Ahmad will hear the case of Zainab’s rape and murder case, while strict security measures have been taken.
The major improvement is in the Zainb’s case, the Punjab police arrested the main accused after his DNA matched the samples taken from the crime scene.
Punjab government spokesperson Malik Ahmad Khan told media that DNA report of the accused and his statement will be submitted to the court. He said that the culprit will be awarded exemplary punishment.
Earlier, on Tuesday police arrested A 24-year-old man is the murderer of Kasur rape-murder victim, and later while referring to him as a “serial killer” Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif gave confirmation that the rapist and killer of seven-year-old girl from Kasur has been arrested.
