Peshawar (Staff Report): Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Member of the National Assembly from NA-4 passed away on Monday due to cardiac arrest.
According to his family, the bureaucrat-turned-politician was suffering from heart ailment and passed away at his native home in Masho Gogar, in Peshawar's Badhaber area.
His funeral prayers will be held at 4pm in his native town.
He had won the NA-4 constituency of Peshawar on the PTI ticket in the 2013 General Elections.
Before joining PTI, Khan served as the home secretary of the province as well as the deputy commissioner of Peshawar.
