Karachi (Staff Report): Early Saturday morning a picklock robbed three houses at Tipu Sultan Road.
Accordinf to police, six burglars held the family hostage as they broke into a house, looted jewelry and other valuables. After this they entered another house in the neighbourhood with the help of a ladder, looted them and fled.
According to one of the victim, the robbers entered through a window in the bedroom. "They tied me up. And then went to his tenant's portion. They held all the members of the house hostage on the first floor, while they robbed valuables".
A report for the incident has been registered and investigation is underway.
