Rawalpindi (Web Desk): Four terrorists were killed in an intelligence-based operation by security forces in Tank district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), the military’s media wing stated on Monday.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), on night 28/29 April 2024, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Tank district on reported presence of terrorists. Own troops effectively engaged the terrorists' location as a result of which four terrorists were sent to hell.
The statement said that the security forces recovered weapons and ammunition as well from the terrorists who were involved in numerous terrorist activities in the district.
“Locals of the area appreciated the operation by the security forces, who remain determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country,” the ISPR said.
