Pakistan Army soldier martyred in Indian unprovoked firing along LoC: ISPR

Rawalpindi (Web Desk): A soldier of the Pakistan Army embraced martyrdom due to the unprovoked ceasefire violation by the Indian troops in Khuiratta Sector along the Line of Control (LoC), the military's media wing said Wednesday.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Pakistan Army responded befittingly, as there were reports of heavy losses to Indian troops in men and material.

“During the intense exchange of fire, a 35-year-old Sepoy Fazal Elahi embraced martyrdom,” the ISPR said.

Meanwhile, Indian army also committed the violation near Phalni Bazar of the LoC which injured a 34-year-old citizen.

Pakistan Army responded in a befitting manner against the Indian violence, causing huge losses to the enemy.

Moreover, Pakistan Army troops shot down an Indian Army Quad copter in the Hotspring Sector. Indian Quad Copter had come 100 meters inside Pakistan's territory.

It is pertinent to mention that 16 Indian quadcopters have been shot down by Pakistan Army in the year 2020.
