Opposition to hold parliamentary session outside NA

Islamabad (Web Desk): Arrangements for opposition’s parliamentary session outside the National Assembly are ongoing with the session scheduled to begin at 11am.

According to details, the  session to be conducted in order to discuss and focus on budget and arrangement are almost done, chairs have been placed outside the National Assembly, carpets are being rolled out and fans have been also been placed.

Opposition Leader Khursheed Shah had boycotted the National Assembly session the other day and announced to hold the next parliament session outside the parliament .The move came in retaliation to opposition’s reservations that their speeches over the federal budget were not given live coverage.

“Opposition is steadfast on its demand that its budget speech should be given live coverage,” Khursheed Shah had remarked said.

Chairman Senate has set the right example in this regard. He asked, “If opposition’s speech in the Senate is broadcasted live then why not in the National Assembly?”
