Islamabad (Staff Report): Newly-appointed Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Saturday formed a five-member larger bench to hear the Panama Leaks case.

The bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa will resume the hearing of the case on January 4.

Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmad,Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh and Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan will be member of the bench. However, Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, who took oath as the new chief justice on Saturday, will not be part of the new bench.
