Islamabad (Web Desk): Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior vice president Maryam Nawaz Sharif has undergone a successful throat surgery lasting in Switzerland.
As per the family sources, during the three-hour-long surgery, two of her throat glands were operated on by the doctors at the hospital, following which she was shifted to her room.
Shearing the update on Twitter, Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb on Friday said Maryam Nawaz was in good condition after her throat surgery in Geneva, which lasted for three hours.
The minister said that the PML-N vice president had extended gratitude to the people, especially the party workers who had prayed and conveyed good wishes to her.
