PM Imran to leave for Turkey on Thursday

Islamabad (Staff Report): Prime Minister Imran Khan will leave for Turkey on Thursday (January 3) for a two-day official visit on President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s invitation.

The PM will be accompanied by a high-level delegation including Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Planning Minister Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtyar and Adviser to the Prime Minister Abdul Razak Dawood.

During the visit, he will meet President Erdogan and discuss the prospects of cementing bilateral relations between the two countries; regional and international situation will also be exchanged by the leaders.

Imran Khan will also address a business forum, and meet several businessmen and potential investors during his stay in Ankara.

This will be Premier Imran’s first visit to the country after assuming charge.
