Petrol price goes up by Rs 2 per litre

Islamabad (Staff Report): The government on Thursday increased prices of petroleum products.

According to OGRA’s notification, price of petrol increased by Rs 2 per litre, prices for high-speed diesel, kerosene oil and light-speed diesel remain unchanged.

The new prices will come in to effect from September 1(tonight). Petrol will now be sold at Rs71.5 per litre.

High-speed diesel will be sold at its previous price of Rs 77.4 and kerosene oil and light-speed diesel will be sold at Rs 44 per litre.
