Charsadda (Web Desk): Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar on Monday visited the residence of deceased former caretaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) chief minister Azam Khan in Parang to condole with his family members.
The premier offered his heartfelt condolence to the sons of the deceased, Behram Azam Khan and Sikandar Azam Khan.
He offered fateha and prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace and elevation of ranks in paradise.
Paying tribute to late KP CM, PM Kakar said that Azam Khan was a capable officer and his services for the caretaker provincial government were unforgettable.
Newly appointed interim KP CM Arshad Hussain Shah also accompanied the prime minister.
Former KP CM Azam Khan passed away on November 11 in Peshawar after suffering heart attack.
Azam Khan was sworn in as the interim chief minister on January 21, 2023, following the dissolution of the KP Assembly in the same month.
