Islamabad (Web Desk/Agencies): President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday condemned a terrorist attack in Mir Ali, North Waziristan and paid tribute to shaheed officers and personnel of Pakistan army.
In his message, the president commiserated with the bereaved families of martyred soldiers and officers of Pakistan Army.
He prayed for eternal peace of the martyred and patience for their families.
President Zardari reaffirmed the unflinching national resolve to extirpate the menace of terrorism from the country.
He also reiterated the resolve to eradicate terrorism forever, President Secretariat Press Wing said in a press release.
The president expressing condolences, prayed for the high ranks of Shuhada and for the bereaved families to bear the loss with fortitude.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif strongly condemned the cowardly terrorist attack in North Waziristan.
In a statement he expressed deep grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of seven security forces personnel including two officers in the incident.
PM Shehbaz prayed for eternal peace of the martyred and patience for their families.
He said that the entire nation is proud of these martyrs who have sacrificed their lives to thwart the nefarious designs of the terrorists.
